As HR Business Partner- LLL you will oversee the workforce development of our newly created Lifelong Learning function, confidently providing strategic HR direction and change advice for the client group.

As a developing area, this role would suit a HR professional familiar with the HR needs of start-ups to shape a contemporary human resource function that services this complex and growing environment. You’ll drive innovative HR initiatives and oversee the provision of dedicated and forward-thinking strategic and operational HR support to establish yourself as a trusted people partner to senior leaders including the Faculty Executive Director, Deans, Heads of School and other Senior Academics.

Who you are: As practiced HR leader, you will hold a proven track record in influencing and guiding best HR practice and the vision to provide forward thinking advice and solutions to a growing workforce, alongside:

  • Significant contemporary generalist HR experience in large and complex organisation.
  • Experience navigating workforce options within scope of Enterprise Agreements
  • An innovative mindset to lead the development and implementation of effective HR solutions and initiatives across: recruitment, global mobility, workforce planning, remuneration and benefits, industrial relations, organisational development and workplace diversity HR practices and legislation.
  • Confidence in partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver high quality, professional and consistent HR services.
  • A contributor to the broader organisation through projects and collaboration
