Clinical Teaching Support Administrator- (St Vincent’s Campus)

  • Employment Type: Full - time (35 hours a week)
  • Duration: Fixed Term contract until 30th June 2026
  • Remuneration: $88,717 base, plus 17% superannuation and leave loading 
  • Work rights required: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Candidates must hold full rights to work in Australia to be considered for this position.

St Vincent’s Healthcare Clinical Campus at UNSW

The St Vincent’s Healthcare Clinical Campus in Darlinghurst encompasses the clinical facilities of St Vincent’s Hospital, St Vincent’s Private Hospital, St Vincent’s Clinic and co-located medical research institutes and facilities. These include the Garvan Institute of Medical Research, Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute and St Vincent’s Centre for Applied Medical Research. The campus allows students and staff to thrive in an atmosphere of dedication and excellence with state-of-the-art clinical skills, information and computing resources on site.

Details of the role

A Clinical Teaching Support Administrator provides effective day-to-day logistical support for clinical teaching within UNSW Medicine & Health.

The role reports to the Clinical Teaching Support Officer.

Some key skills required:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant experience or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education, training and experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and productively within a team, but also to take initiative and work independently while managing competing demands.
  • Demonstrated experience providing effective customer service and support to clients at all levels.
  • Advanced time management, organisational and problem-solving skills, including the ability to meet deadlines.
  • High proficiency of computer literacy, working with a range of computer systems and applications, including Microsoft Office 365 suite and UNSW’s enterprise systems.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting and contributing to projects and initiatives.
  • Knowledge of health & safety (psychosocial and physical) responsibilities and commitment to attending relevant health and safety training..
