Why Your Role Matters
A Research Associate (Level A) is located within the UNSW School of Business. This role arises from a research project funded under the Australian Research Council Linkage Project - Australian Research Council Linkage Program. Under the direction of the project’s UNSW lead, the Research Associate will be involved conducting the technical tasks of the project.
Who You Are (skills and experience):
- A PhD in Data Analytics, Optimisation or similar discipline in addition to demonstrated strong performance in research, in the area of supply chain management, supply chain analytics etc.
- Demonstrated ability to undertake high quality academic research and conduct independent research
- Liaise with the industry partner of the project.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team, collaborate across disciplines and build effective relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills appropriate for interacting effectively with team members, collaborators and colleagues across the Faculty.
- A demonstrated ability to complete tasks within agreed time frames, with suitable supervision.
