Why Your Role Matters:
We’re looking for a strong administrator with excellent communication skills to join the HR Project Team. As Project Administrator you’ll work closely with colleagues to provide efficient day-to-day administrative support, furthering the team’s ability to achieve project deliverables and outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your project support skills and benefit from the learning and development opportunities of working in a supportive and collaborative team.  Your day to day will include:

  • Providing high level administrative support to the Project Team, including co-ordinating meetings, interviews and taking minutes from fact-finding interviews.  
  • Building key relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strong cross project communication and collaboration.
  • General project management, and administrative support. 
  • Overseeing filing systems, spreadsheets, databases, websites and other administrative systems.
  • Participating in relevant projects and business improvement activities.

Who You Are: You will hold a relevant qualification, or equivalent level of knowledge, and experience alongside:

  • Advanced time management, organisational and problem-solving skills, including the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Demonstrated experience providing effective customer service and support to clients at all levels.
  • Highly proficient computer literacy with excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to make sound judgements and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting and contributing to projects and initiatives.
  • Advanced numeracy skills.
