Why Your Role Matters
UNSW Canberra delivers university services at the Australian Defence Force Academy under the unique partnership between the Department of Defence and UNSW.
The Contract Coordinator contributes to the coordination and delivery of reporting obligations under the ADFA University Contract (the Contract) and provides high level advice and support to the Contract Manager and the Senior Contract Coordinator. The position plays a key role in the production of high-quality contract documentation required by the contract.
Who You Are (skills and experience):
- A relevant degree, extensive experience (combined with specialised training and/or Diploma or Certificate level education) or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through any other combination of education, training and/or experience.
- Proven ability to apply knowledge and experience to analyse and resolve complex and sensitive issues efficiently and effectively in a university environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage moderately complex tasks/ projects with strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail, including the ability to negotiate and communicate with influence.
- Highly developed organisational skills, including ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities to ensure deadlines are met
- Demonstrated experience in the development and delivery of contemporary, evidence-based contract reports, or similar reports such as accreditation reports, in a university environment.
