UNSW Canberra has an opportunity for a Venue & Facilities Officer within the Health, Safety & Facilities Office. You will be joining an established team in a role that will provide career growth to enable you to use your strong and well-formed administrative skills in a large and complex organisation.
About the role:
- Level 5/6 (broadbanded position) - $75,832 - 94,709 per annum +17% superannuation
- Continuing/ Ongoing Employment
- Full-time (35 hours per week)
- Location: Canberra, Australia
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
- Demonstrated administrative experience within large and complex environments or institutions (preferably in higher education)
- Proven experience building collaborative working relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
- Demonstrated experience in health and safety practices and procedures.
- Ability to physically set-up events related activities.
- Ability to develop and maintain filing systems, spreadsheets, databases, websites and other administrative systems.
- Excellent communications skills for correspondence and documentation
- Ability to effectively manage time and organise daily tasks as well as strong organisational skills with a proven ability to establish priorities, achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
