  • Provide analytical expertise to P&C and University-wide initiatives, offering insights and solution-focused advice.
  • Build strong relationships across P&C, IT, Finance, UPP, and Student areas to deliver cohesive workforce data.
  • Oversee statutory and regulatory reporting (TCSI Staff Data, WGEA, ABS) and support audit data requests.
  • Contribute to long-term workforce planning by developing indicators and analysing workforce, student, and market trends.

About You:

  • Relevant qualifications and/or experience in workforce analytics, planning, recruitment, resourcing, or P&C in a corporate/professional setting.
  • Strong capability working with complex datasets and creating intuitive dashboards (ideally in Power BI).
  • Solid end-to-end data skills - definition, collection, cleaning, extraction, analysis, and validation.
  • Understanding of HR practices, compliance, and workforce planning (desirable).
  • Proven leadership skills with experience prioritising work, developing staff, and delivering high-quality insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities with a high attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a record of delivering effective business solutions.
